Privacy policy

Information we hold

• For each order: the Instagram handle or post link you entered, which packages you chose, the amount and the ord_ reference.
• From the payment page: confirmation of payment and, if you give it there, an email address for your receipt. Card numbers stay with the payment processor and never come to us.
• Your emails, so we can answer them.
• Server logs, including IP addresses, held for a short time for security and to limit abuse.

There are no advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. The basket lives in your browser’s own storage until you pay or clear it.

Why

To process and deliver orders, handle refills and refunds, reply to messages and protect the site. We rely on contract (to fulfil what you bought) and legitimate interests (preventing fraud and misuse).

Profile checks in the basket

Typing a handle into the basket triggers a look-up of that public profile’s basic details, such as display name, picture, follower count and recent public posts, purely so you can confirm it. Results are cached for a short while and aren’t linked to you.

Who else handles data

Our hosting and network provider; the payment processor; and the supplier that carries out delivery, which is given only the handle or post link and the quantity. They act on our instructions, except the payment processor, which also follows its own privacy terms. Where processing happens outside the UK, recognised safeguards are used.

Retention

Order records sit in our order system for roughly 90 days, longer only if accounts or a dispute require it. Email threads are deleted once they’ve served their purpose.

Your choices

Email support@buymorefollowers.uk to get a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or erased, or object to a particular use. If our answer doesn’t satisfy you, the ICO (the UK’s data protection regulator) handles complaints.
